If any profession requires registration or licensing under Indian law or the laws of another country, it is solely the learner’s responsibility to obtain such registration independently from the relevant authority.
7. Trainers and Faculty
Some of our trainers, mentors, faculty members, or guest speakers may individually possess professional registrations, licenses, certifications, academic qualifications, or memberships (including RCI registration or other professional qualifications).

Communication & Student Groups Policy that clearly states:
* Students, interns, trainees, or participants must not create any WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Discord, Signal, or any other online or offline group using the batch name, course name, company name, or for the purpose of representing the batch without prior written authorization from Indian Counselling Services Pvt. Ltd.
* Students are prohibited from using the Company’s name, logo, branding, faculty names, course names, or any other intellectual property while creating or operating such groups.
* No student may claim to represent the Company, its management, faculty, or any batch unless expressly authorized in writing.
* If any unauthorized group is created, it shall be deemed a personal initiative of its creator. Indian Counselling Services Pvt. Ltd. shall have no responsibility or liability for the content, discussions, advice, financial transactions, disputes, misconduct, harassment, misinformation, or any other activities occurring in such groups.
* Students shall not use unauthorized groups to collect money, sell services, promote businesses, recruit clients, distribute study material, or communicate official information on behalf of the Company.
* Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, suspension or termination of access to courses, withholding of certificates where permitted by your certification policy, and any other legal remedies available under applicable law.
* Clear eligibility and admission criteria.
