Currently, we are seeking passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologists to join a dynamic and collaborative school team in Fremont County, CO .

Full-time contract position for next school year, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Details:

• Position : SLP or SLPA
• Location : In-person (no hybrid or remote options)
• Schedule : Monday-Friday
• Duration : 8/14/2025 - 5/20/2026
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Caseload : 55-65 students
• Grade Level : K-5 some 9-12

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.
• Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates.
• Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
• CDE SSP- Special Service Provider
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
