The Tides Inn, located on Carter’s Creek in Irvington, Virginia, is a cherished resort known for its rich history, thoughtful renovations, and exceptional guest experiences. With 70 upscale accommodations, a full-service spa, marina, golf course, two celebrated restaurants, and immersive artistic and environmental programming, we are redefining modern luxury on the Chesapeake Bay.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing execution, driving guest engagement, revenue, and brand visibility across all channels.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, print)
• Develop brand strategy and visual identity in partnership with leadership
• Manage guest communications, content creation, social media, and collateral
• Collaborate across departments to support programming, culinary events, and partnerships
• Analyze guest feedback and marketing performance to drive strategy
• Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints

✅ Qualifications:

• 3+ years in marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, content, and branding
• Hands-on experience with social media, email, website CMS, and CRM tools
• Graphic design skills are a plus
• Must be based within 1–2 hours of Irvington, VA
