Corporate Manager of Maintenance & Engineering – Renewable Energy Manufacturing

Location: Burlington, WA | Full-Time, Corporate Role

Salary: $115,000–$130,000/year DOE

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Manager of Maintenance & Engineering to oversee operations across multiple manufacturing locations. You’ll lead capital projects, optimize maintenance systems, and champion engineering excellence. This strategic role involves cross-functional collaboration with production, supply chain, quality, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital projects, new equipment installations, and process improvements
• Develop and standardize preventive maintenance and reliability programs
• Manage maintenance and engineering teams across multiple sites
• Oversee budgets, spare parts inventory, and asset management systems
• Drive CMMS optimization, safety compliance, and regulatory standards
• Identify and implement cost-saving and uptime-enhancing solutions
• Partner with vendors and site leadership to ensure project success
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing maintenance and engineering
• Experience with multi-site or enterprise-level projects
• Strong knowledge of RCM, CMMS, and data-driven operations
• Proven success managing budgets and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Experience:

• Background in solar, clean energy, or advanced manufacturing
